Kinesiology Technique for muscle testing
The Kinesiology technique (popularly known as "muscle testing") is a method to get directly in touch with the physical body's electrical system which corresponds to the nervous system. The technique itself is based on a very simple principle: That enhances our body, mind and soul makes us strong. Together our body, mind, and soul create a holistic environment which, when balanced, is strong and solid. If something enters into that environment that challenges the balance, the entire environment is weakened. The state of strength or weakness is registered in the electrical system, and through kinesiology combined with asking simple yes/no questions, we can discover just what state we're in.
Also through kinesiology we can find out what essences we need. When we need an essence, our electrical system will strengthen when the bottle is tested, and we will get a positive response. The implied question in an essence test is, "Do I need ___________Essence?" If we do not need it, the electrical system will weaken when we test the bottle and the answer to the implied question is no.
1. The Circuit Fingers. If you are right handed, place your left hand palm up. Connect the tip of your left thumb with the tip of the left LITTLE finger, not the index finger. If you are left-handed, place your right hand palm up. Connect the tip of your right thumb with the tip of your right little finger. By connecting your thumb and little finger, you have just closed an electrical circuit in your hand, and you will use this circuit for testing.
2. The Test Fingers. To test the circuit (the means by which you will apply pressure to yourself), place the thumb and index finger of your OTHER hand inside the circle you have created by connecting your thumb and little finger. The thumb/index finger should be right under the thumb/little finger, touching them. They're just placed inside the circuit fingers which do form a circle.
Keeping this position, ask yourself a simple yes/no question in which you already know the answer to be yes. (Is my name_____?) Once you've asked the question, press your circuit fingers together, keeping the tip-to-tip position. Using the same amount of pressure, try to push apart the circuit fingers with your test fingers. Press the lower thumb against the upper thumb, the lower index finger against the upper little finger. Do not try to keep the testing fingers together as you press them against the circuit fingers. They will begin to open like pincers as they press the circuit fingers.
If the answer to the question is positive (if your name is what you think it is!) you will not be able to easily push apart the circuit fingers. The electrical circuit will hold, your muscles will maintain their strength, and your circuit fingers will not separate. You will feel the strength in that circuit. IMPORTANT… Be sure the amount of pressure holding together the circuit fingers (and there must be some solid strength applied for this to work) is equal to the amount pressing against them with your testing fingers. Also, don't use a pumping action in your testing fingers when trying to pry your circuit fingers apart. Use an equal, steady, and continuous pressure.
Once you have the feel for the positive response, then ask if your name is something else....Practice to get the feel of a negative response. In a negative response, the electrical circuit is broken, the muscles in the circuit fingers don't have the power to hold the fingers together and they separate immediately, and easily.
There is another way to self muscle test for answers if by chance you are not able to hold your circuit fingers in the correct position. If you are right handed, place your left hand, palm down upon the top side of your left thigh, spreading your fingers slightly apart, so that the forefinger is separate from the thumb and other three fingers. Using the forefinger of your right hand, slip it under the forefinger of your left hand that is resting on your thigh. Muscle test as stated above. If you are receiving a “yes” answer you will feel the heavier, resisting force of the circuit finger resting on your thigh. A no answer will easily break the force of the circuit finger.
